Valeura Energy Inc. – (the “Company”) – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Oil & Gas category of 67,112,728 common shares of which 46,406,147 common shares are issued and outstanding and……

20,706,581 common shares are reserved for issuance. Immediately prior to listing, the common shares of the Company will be consolidated on the basis of one post-consolidation common share for every ten common shares issued and outstanding immediately before the consolidation.

The common shares will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Thursday, September 15, 2011.

The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.
