In the reverse splits, the outstanding shares of each Fund will be will be exchanged for new shares of each Fund in the ratios listed above.Open orders at the close of business on Thursday, May 10, 2012 in each above Fund will be canceled. The new shares of each Fund will be admitted to trading at the opening of business on Friday, May 11, 2012.On the effective date, each Fund will have a new CUSIP as indicated above. The ticker symbols and underlying indices will not be changed.
