If ProShares Ultra MSCI EAFE is successful in meeting its objective, its value, before fees and expenses, should gain approximately twice as much, on a percentage basis, as the MSCI EAFE Index when the Index rises on a given day. Conversely, its value (before fees and expenses) should lose approximately twice as much, on a percentage basis, as any decrease in the Index when the Index declines on a given day.

These funds seek a 200% return of an index for a single day. Due to the compounding of daily returns, returns over periods other than one day will likely differ in amount and possibly direction from the target return for the same period.
