With over 15 years in the ETF industry, and over 20 in financial markets globally, Tim is a veteran of the industry. After studying Accounting and Finance in Dublin City University, Ireland, he went on to work in a number of fund servicing positions throughout Dublin, London and Amsterdam. In 2006, he joined BNY Mellon Ireland as Vice President of the ETF Valuations group for the Ireland region and, subsequently, the United States region.<\/p>\n
In 2014, Tim joined Nik Bienkowski and Hector McNeil at WisdomTree Europe in the London location to build out the ETF platform. After the successful launch of the platform, he relocated to WisdomTree\u2019s New York City headquarters and joined the Operations team until 2017 when he left to join Oppenheimer Funds (acquired by Invesco in May 2019) as part of their ETF Capital Markets team.<\/p>\n
In March 2020, he left Invesco and joined Emles Advisors, a US focused ETF provider, as Senior Vice President, Head of ETF Operations and Chief Compliance Officer where he remained until the end of 2022. This experience was invaluable to Tim as it was an ETF start up and gave Tim full visibility on what it takes to start an ETF business from scratch.<\/p>\n
