{"id":20712,"date":"2019-12-18T18:44:15","date_gmt":"2019-12-18T18:44:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/starthostunlimiteddmffassi-ss.stackstaging.com\/etfworld.co.uk\/?p=20712"},"modified":"2020-02-05T10:51:01","modified_gmt":"2020-02-05T10:51:01","slug":"amundi-etf-market-flows-analysis-europe-and-world-november-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.etfworld.com\/nl\/amundi-etf-market-flows-analysis-europe-and-world-november-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Amundi ETF: Market Flows analysis Europe and World November 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-GB\">Amundi ETF : In November, the ETF market remained in a positive scenario across the globe, and investors\u2019 attention focused massively to equity exposures&#8230;..<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/starthostunlimiteddmffassi-ss.stackstaging.com\/etfworld.co.uk\/newsletter\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>Sign up to our free newsletters<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\">Global Flows in November 2019<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total net flows: + \u20ac66 bn<\/li>\n<li>Equities: + \u20ac50 bn<\/li>\n<li>Fixed Income +\u20ac16 bn<\/li>\n<li>North American Equities: +\u20ac21.4 bn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\">Equity ETFs saw more than +50bn\u20ac of net new assets worldwide. <\/span><\/strong>In line with last month trend, these inflows were driven by North America stocks that gathered this month +21.4bn\u20ac net new assets, followed by World exposures (+8.5bn\u20ac), Sectors &amp; Smart beta (+8.2bn\u20ac) and EM exposures (more than +7bn\u20ac of net new assets).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\"><strong>Fixed income ETFs keep on attracting positive flows (+16bn\u20ac).<\/strong> <\/span>This month investors preference shifted from Government Debit (+3.5bn\u20ac) to Aggregate (+6.3bn\u20ac) and Corporate (+5bn\u20ac) bonds.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>European Flows this month highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\"><strong>Equities : + \u20ac11 bn<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\"><strong>European flows<\/strong><\/span> were characterised by the same positive trend as at global level. Looking at specific exposures, differently from global flows, on the European ETF market World equity ETFs lead the inflows, with +2.7bn\u20ac, followed by EM ETFs (+2bn\u20ac). Differently from October, in November North American exposures saw higher inflows of close to +2bn\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\">SRI equity ETFs<\/span><\/strong> kept on attracting consistent flows, with close to +1.3bn\u20ac net new assets.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\">Smart beta ETFs<\/span> <\/strong>gathered higher flows compared to last month, of +1.7bn\u20ac. Inflows focused on Value exposures (+1.2bn\u20ac) and Size exposures (+671m\u20ac). Meanwhile Min Vol ETFs suffered -834m\u20ac outflows.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Within sectors, <strong><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\">Real Estate<\/span><\/strong> remained in a positive scenario (+223m\u20ac), while, Consumer Staples suffered outflows of -111m\u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\"><strong>Bonds : + \u20ac3 bn<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fixed Income flows also remained positive in Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In line with what was observed at global level, <strong><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\">Corporate bonds <\/span><\/strong>were popular among investors with +2.2bn\u20ac inflows. Investors preferred in particular Eurozone bonds, which gathered +1.6bn\u20ac of net new assets, followed by HY USA exposures that saw more than +300m\u20ac of inflows.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <strong><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\">Government debt<\/span> <\/strong>also saw positive flows and attracted +815m\u20ac net new assets. During the month investors turned their attention to EM debt exposures, that gathered close +1bn\u20ac.
