{"id":20511,"date":"2019-11-14T10:40:31","date_gmt":"2019-11-14T10:40:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/starthostunlimiteddmffassi-ss.stackstaging.com\/etfworld.co.uk\/?p=20511"},"modified":"2020-03-23T14:47:03","modified_gmt":"2020-03-23T14:47:03","slug":"amundi-etf-market-flows-analysis-europe-and-world-october2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.etfworld.com\/nl\/amundi-etf-market-flows-analysis-europe-and-world-october2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Amundi ETF: Market Flows analysis Europe and World October2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"en-GB\">Amundi ETF : In October, the ETF market remained in a positive scenario across the globe, even if it was in a lower scale compared to last month inflows&#8230;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/starthostunlimiteddmffassi-ss.stackstaging.com\/etfworld.co.uk\/newsletter\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>Sign up to our free newsletters<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Global Flows in October 2019<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total net flows: + \u20ac47 bn<\/li>\n<li>Equities: + \u20ac24.6 bn<\/li>\n<li>Fixed Income +\u20ac20.7 bn<\/li>\n<li>North American Equities: +\u20ac8.6 bn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Equity ETFs saw more than +24.6bn\u20ac of net new assets worldwide.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following last month trend, these inflows were driven by North America stocks +8.6bn\u20ac and World exposures +5.3bn\u20ac of inflows.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Smart Beta and Sectors exposures also saw positive flows, with more than +4bn\u20ac, as well as Europe exposures that gathered +2.3bn\u20ac of inflows.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Japanese equities got back to positive scenario +3bn\u20ac, while emerging equities continues to suffer outflows -597m\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the fixed income side, positive flows kept its pace, +20.7bn\u20ac of net new assets. Within the asset class, this month investors favored Govies that gathered more than +7.6bn\u20ac of net new assets followed by Aggregate bonds which raised +6.3bn\u20ac of inflows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>European Flows this month highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Equities : +7 bn<\/strong>\u20ac<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Looking at European flows, World exposures lead the inflows during October, with +2bn\u20ac, followed by Eurozone ETFs +1.2bn\u20ac, meanwhile North American exposures saw lower inflows of +384\u20ac, if compared to last month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SRI equity exposures saw great flows in October, with over +1bn\u20ac of net new assets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Smart beta ETFs gathered steady flows of +68m\u20ac during the month, with inflows on Yield exposures +448m\u20ac and Value exposures +309m\u20ac. Meanwhile multi-factor ETFs suffered -229m\u20ac outflows.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Looking at single country exposures, the UK remained in a positive spot with +2.3bn\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Within sectors, Financials gathered close to +500m\u20ac of net new assets and Real Estate +300m\u20ac. While, Consumer Staples suffered outflows of -186m\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bonds:  +3 bn<\/strong>\u20ac<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fixed Income flows also remained positive in Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In line with what was observed at global level, Government Debt ETFs were the most popular with +2bn\u20ac inflows. Investors preferred in particular Emerging Markets debt, which gathered +791m\u20ac of net new assets, followed by USA Short exposures that saw more than +413m\u20ac of inflows.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Corporate bonds attracted +955m\u20ac of inflows.
