He accused Parliament of causing the delay as lawmakers refused to rush his Brexit deal through Parliament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking to reporters on Sunday, Johnson went on to say \u2018it was a matter of deep regret\u2019 that he could not get Brexit done before the deadline and apologised to his conservative MPs who voted for him to become leader based on his Brexit promises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lastly, Johnson has ruled out joining forces with Nigel Farage with Farage saying he wouldn\u2019t make an 8th attempt to run for Parliament.
