He reports into Scott Thompson, Co-Head EMEA Sales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his new role, Philippe will manage the group\u2019s relationships with key financial institutions in the Benelux region. He brings a wealth of experience to the role and was most recently at iShares, where he was responsible for developing the company\u2019s Benelux business across a broad range of investor segments, from pension funds and insurers to wealth managers and intermediary networks. Prior to his time at iShares, Philippe was a supervisory officer at the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). As part of the Financial Market Infrastructure Division, he was responsible for monitoring various local and cross-border trading platforms and for carrying out due diligence on foreign exchanges\u2019 activities in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Commenting on the appointment, Scott Thompson, co-head of sales in EMEA, said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPhilippe\u2019s appointment reinforces our commitment to European investors.
