The fund is passively managed. The fund promotes environmental and social characteristics and is subject to the disclosure requirements of a financial product in accordance with article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019\/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector.<\/p>\n

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The fund aims to reflect the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dow Jones Brookfield Global Green Infrastructure IndeX.<\/p>\n

DESCRIPTION OF INDEX:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The index is based on the Dow Jones Brookfield Global Infrastructure Plus Index (Parent Index) and is designed to reflect the performance of the shares of listed companies from developed markets that are owners and operators of infrastructure assets, and which meet certain ESG criteria. In order to be eligible for inclusion, companies must be eligible for inclusion in the Parent Index and must pass the ESG screening criteria.<\/p>\n
