Fixed Income and Equity ETFs took in \u20ac3.1bn and \u20ac6.5bn respectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\">ESG ETF<\/span><\/strong> flows were well supported, with \u20ac5.2bn of inflows in August. ESG ETFs flows since the beginning of the year totalled \u20ac55.9bn, representing almost half of total flows in the European ETF market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\">Smart Beta ETFs<\/span><\/strong> recorded -\u20ac0.4bn net outflows. Investors turned back to more defensive building blocks such as Quality whilst Value lost its appeal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\"><strong>Fixed Income funds and ETFs<\/strong><\/span>: fixed income funds and ETFs gathered a combined \u20ac24.8bn in net new assets, with \u20ac21.7bn into open[1]ended funds and \u20ac3.1bn into ETFs. Flows were mostly directed into Global or Euro exposures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\">Equity fund and ETFs<\/span><\/strong>: equity ETFs and open[1]ended funds enjoyed \u20ac25.5bn of net new assets, with \u20ac18.9bn into funds and \u20ac6.5bn into ETFs.
