– DWS launches new ESG USD corporate bond Xtrackers ETF<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Xtrackers ESG ETF suite further expanded with addition of a EUR-hedged share class on MSCI World ESG<\/strong><\/p>\n

DWS\u2019s aim to be a leading provider of environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) has been further boosted with the launch of a new ESG-filtered Xtrackers ETF on the USD corporate bond market.<\/p>\n

The Xtrackers ESG USD Corporate Bond UCITS ETF<\/strong> provides exposure to over 1000 USD investment-grade corporate bonds complying with ESG criteria1 . The ETF references a Bloomberg Barclays index with MSCI ESG research. In addition, DWS has also launched a new EUR-hedged share class of its existing Xtrackers MSCI World ESG UCITS ETF<\/strong>, which tracks the MSCI World Low Carbon SRI Leaders Index. This follows the July launch of a new Xtrackers ETF providing exposure to the ESG EUR corporate bond short duration market.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are just the latest additions to our rapidly expanding suite of DWS Xtrackers ETFs designed to meet the surging demand for ESG exposure,\u201d said Simon Klein, DWS\u2019s Global Head of Passive Sales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Xtrackers ESG USD Corporate Bond UCITS ETF<\/strong> has an annual all-in fee of 0.16%, and has listed on the London Stock Exchange and Germany\u2019s Xetra stock exchange.<\/p>\n

The Xtrackers MSCI World ESG UCITS ETF (2C EUR-hedged)<\/strong> has an annual all-in fee of 0.25% and is due to list on Xetra later this month.<\/p>\n

Both ETFs are direct, physical replication funds.<\/p>\n

DWS Xtrackers registered EUR 1.125 billion of net new assets into its ESG Xtrackers ETFs in the first half of the year (to 30 June 2020; Source: DWS).<\/p>\n
