Mr Chanzy has had overall responsibility for Ossiam\u2019s finance and risk management since 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ms Simonek has worked for asset owners, fund managers and social enterprises across Europe and the Americas and has held executive and non-executive management roles. She joins Ossiam from the UK\u2019s Local Pensions Partnership&#8217;s (LPP) Investment Strategy department, which advises pension trustees on asset allocation and responsible investment, including climate risk. She is a trustee of social enterprises and runs a professional network for aspiring young pension trustees. She is also the academic advisor to the CFA Institute UK on its ESG Investing curriculum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previously, Ms Simonek led the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership&#8217;s (CISL) initiative with investors to develop tools for responsible investment. She has also worked for Mirova, another Natixis Investment Managers affiliate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She has a joint MBA-MSc from HEC Paris\/Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas (Brazil) in sustainability and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #9ab62f;\"><strong>Bruno Poulin, CEO of Ossiam<\/strong>, <strong>said:<\/strong><\/span> \u201cNo one in the investment industry can have missed the fundamental shift in attitudes to sustainable investing, with investors making record allocations to sustainable investments.
