The four new iShares ETFs enable investors to invest in companies from the US equity market’s 500 most important securities based on market capitalisation. The four ETFs invest in companies from different sectors as defined by the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS). The S&P 500 reference index includes companies with a market cap in excess of USD 5.3 billion and free-float of at least 50 percent. The companies included in the index are weighted according to their market capitalisation.<\/p>\n

The iShares S&P 500 Consumer Staples Sector UCITS ETF USD (Acc<\/strong>)  tracks the consumer staples sector. It enables investors to participate in the performance of the S&P 500 Consumer Staples 35\/20 Index.<\/p>\n

The iShares S&P 500 Industrials Sector UCITS ETF USD (Acc)<\/strong> concentrates on equities from companies in the industrials sector. This ETF tracks the S&P 500 Industrials Capped 35\/20 Index.<\/p>\n

The iShares S&P 500 Materials Sector UCITS ETF USD (Acc)<\/strong> focuses on companies operating in the field of raw materials, consumables and supplies. It tracks the S&P 500 Materials Capped 35\/20 Index.<\/p>\n

The iShares S&P 500 Utilities Sector UCITS ETF USD (Acc)<\/strong> enables investors to invest in utilities companies and track the performance of the S&P 500 Utilities Capped 35\/20 Index.<\/p>\n
