These can be issued by companies both within and outside of Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The index generally only contains bonds with a term of between 2 and 10.5 years as of the rebalancing date and a rating of below Baa3\/BBB- from a reputable rating agency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They can have either a fixed or variable rate of interest. The maximum weighting per issuer is 3 percent and 20 percent per country.
